Phoenix Comicon 2017 - How to Get a Refund

Here is what Phoenix Comicon sent out today regarding refunds:

Dear Phoenix Comicon Attendee:

Thank you for your consideration in attending Phoenix Comicon. We have received your request for a refund and we are working to secure all necessary information as requested by our financial institutions to expedite the processing of your refund. In order to process your refund as quickly as possible, we will need the following:

A copy of the front of your ID
A copy of the front and back of the credit card you used for your purchase
The transaction ID and/or email address associated with your purchase
The item you are requesting to be refunded

We have three options available to you:
Submit copies of the above items to the secure upload link managed by our law firm of Jennings, Strouss, and Salmon at https://jsslaw.sharefile.com/r-r9487d3584ed4f039
Email copies of the above items to docs@phoenixcomicon.com
Visit the Square Egg corporate office and we will copy the items for you

Refunds will be processed in the order they are received with all required documents. ALL refunds will be processed through our internal ticketing system and may take up to 10 business days to reach your bank account, even if your refund is processed in our office. Refund processing on-site will be available from Friday, June 2nd through Sunday June 11th at:

Refund Hours:

Friday, June 2nd and Mon-Fri, June 5th-9th- 12 noon to 8 p.m.
Sat- Sun, June 3rd-4th & June 10th-11th- 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
